At Moose Body Piercing, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable experience, one that will keep them coming back to us time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Shipping Policy

Hellooo, it's me, Moose! Shipping is done by me on my 'days off' from work! Typically a Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday! If shipping is not lightning quick, please be patient! Each order is extremely important to me and I endeavor to get your orders out to you as soon as humanly possible.

Warranty Information

​All jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty! How freaking cool is that?! That means if the jewellery ever breaks or falls apart, you do get a refund or replacement for free! In saying that - in all my many years of piercing, this has rarely happened! ^_^ However, accidents do happen. Please reach out to me if this is the case with you! And be sure to hold onto the broken pieces, as this will need to be sent back to the manufacturer.  Warranty does not cover 'missing' pieces. 

Privacy at Moose Body Piercing

We take our privacy policy very seriously at Moose Body Piercing! Photos will only ever be posted with the client's permission. At any point, if the client wishes to have their photo removed off social media, they are more than welcome to message me for instant removal.
